So glad you stopped by our website today. I’ve been homeschooling since 2003. My husband and I have six kids (our oldest daughter’s husband joined us in the picture above), and we are thrilled to be raising them near my childhood home in Iowa, and training them to serve our Lord Jesus Christ.
I am still homeschooling, cooking a lot of food, and serving in our local church. I’m also supporting other homeschool families in our community by leading a support group, lining up field trips, and serving as a supervising teacher for a number of families.
I have advice to share, and almost all the time, it will be free. God has generously blessed us in so many ways, I’d rather pass on to you the things I’ve acquired than try to profit from your desire to learn.
The exceptions are that I’m an Amazon Affiliate, so I may make a small amount of money when you click on links on my site. I also have compiled a meal-planning cookbook, and I offer that for sale on this site as well.
My hope is that you will find encouragement to stay the homeschooling and parenting course through your moments here on this site. But most importantly, spend time with the ones you love. Be real to them and in front of them. Serve them with the gifts that you have been given.
